How we work
Urban planning in Luxembourg is shaped by the Plan d'Aménagement Particulier (PAP), the central instrument of municipal planning. ACOM supports developers, municipalities and landowners through PAP quartier existant and nouveau quartier, in dialogue with the PAG and the SDAT. Our projects combine measured density, green infrastructure, soft mobility and functional mix.
