How ACOM handles your personal data, in line with the GDPR.
Data collected
Contact form: first name, last name, e-mail, phone (optional), company (optional), subject, message. Application form: first name, last name, e-mail, phone, CV, cover letter and portfolio (uploaded files). No data deemed sensitive under the GDPR is collected.
Purposes
Data is used solely to respond to your enquiry (contact form) or to assess your application (careers form). It is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Contact enquiries: kept for 24 months after the last exchange. Applications: kept for 24 months after the final decision, or deleted immediately on the candidate's request.
Technical sub-processors
Resend (form e-mail delivery). Vercel (hosting and attachment storage). Vercel Postgres / Neon (database). Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam, when enabled). Google Analytics 4 (anonymised audience measurement).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to contact@acom.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
