Rue Jean-François Boch

Concept

A small three-unit building on rue Jean-François Boch in Luxembourg, renovated with care to improve comfort and the way the interiors work. The apartments were replanned for better flow and usable space, and a new terrace gives each one a genuine extension of its living area. The roof was entirely rebuilt for durability and energy performance. Taken together, the work brings the building up to date while keeping the character of the original terraced house intact.
