Experienced urban planner or architect-planner (M/F/X)

Project lead. Permanent contract, full time, minimum five years of experience.

With ambitious projects ahead of us, we are growing the team and looking for talented, motivated and curious urban planners or architect-planners who want to invest themselves fully in a shared effort.

What you will do

• Run an urban planning project independently, from beginning to end
• Handle all the administrative, technical and regulatory procedures it requires
• Read, interpret and apply the regulatory and legislative framework in force
• Carry out site analyses and feasibility studies
• Coordinate with the client, public authorities, institutional partners and the various engineering consultants
• Produce graphic proposals: diagrams, concepts, plans, charts, 3D views and more
• Prepare the graphic and technical presentations used in working meetings
• Follow how planning documents, public policy and wider trends in spatial planning are changing

Who we are looking for

• A qualified architect, urban planner or planning practitioner with solid training in urbanism and spatial planning
• Three or more years of substantial experience in urbanism in Luxembourg, with a real grasp of how things work here
• Complete command of the Luxembourg regulatory framework, and the judgement to apply it pragmatically
• Command of AutoCAD or Archicad/Revit, and a good working level in graphics software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Spoken and written French is essential. German and English are strongly desirable
• A team player, able to work alongside varied profiles: architects, engineers, consultants and others
• Strong analysis, synthesis and complex problem solving
• The drive to become a key, active member of a multidisciplinary team
• A wish to grow in a fast-moving environment
