Senior urban planner / project lead
Senior urban planner to lead our PAP, feasibility studies and urban projects in Luxembourg.
The studio works on urban planning at several scales: PAP nouveau quartier, PAP quartier existant, feasibility studies, municipal consultations. We are looking for a project lead able to carry these files from scoping to approval.
Mission
- Lead PAP NQ and PAP QE in dialogue with municipalities and the Ministry of the Interior
- Run feasibility studies, scoping, site analysis
- Coordinate partners (landscape, mobility and environment consultants)
- Drive consultation processes and workshops
- Mentor one or two colleagues on each file
Profile
- Urban planning or architect-urbanist degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience, with a substantial share in Luxembourg
- Fluent with the Luxembourg regulatory framework (2004 law, PAG, PAP, master plans)
- Fluent French. Luxembourgish or German highly appreciated
- Able to lead projects autonomously
