Experienced architect
Senior architect (7+ years) to lead residential and mixed-use projects from sketch to handover.
You have at least seven years of experience designing and delivering architectural projects. You want to join a human-scale studio working on varied, demanding projects across the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Mission
- Lead several projects in parallel, from sketch to handover
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
- Lead building-permit applications with municipalities and authorities
- Run site supervision, coordination meetings and quality control
- Contribute to the studio's project culture
Profile
- Architecture degree recognised in Luxembourg (OAI or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of agency experience
- Fluent in Archicad or Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent French, working English. Luxembourgish or German a plus
- Familiar with Luxembourg regulations (PAP, building permit, OAI)
