Experienced architect, construction phase (M/F/X)

Permanent contract, full time, minimum five years of experience.

What you will do

• Take on every phase of an architectural commission, from design through to delivery
• Produce the construction drawings, the building details and the specifications
• Contribute to cost estimates and to the descriptions of construction systems and materials
• Make sure projects comply with the regulations that apply to them
• Anticipate and resolve the technical and administrative problems a project throws up
• Hold the relationships with everyone involved, representing the practice with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities
• Keep watch over the architectural and aesthetic quality of the projects

Who we are looking for

• A five-year architecture degree
• At least five years of solid professional experience, particularly in the construction and tender phases, in writing specifications and in site supervision
• Command of drawings and technical details, with a good knowledge of construction methods and of current practice in Luxembourg
• Full command of ArchiCAD or Revit, and of Microsoft Office
• French is essential. German is an advantage
• Rigour, organisation, independence and responsiveness
• An excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to run several projects at once and to adapt to a fast-moving workplace
• Motivation, a genuine appetite to learn and keep improving, and the ambition to become a key member of the team
